The Seller shall make reasonable efforts to deliver goods as specified by the Customer. The Carrier is not obligated to deliver goods to anyone other than the consignee listed on the consignment note or in the Carrier’s electronic gateway, or an authorized recipient specified by the Customer, including delivery under an “Authority to Leave” (ATL) instruction.

If delivery cannot be completed for any reason (including the receiver’s failure to accept delivery in a timely manner), the Carrier may handle and store the goods at the Customer’s risk, applying reasonable charges for handling, storage, or additional delivery attempts.

If the Customer does not explicitly request a specific delivery instruction or a signature upon delivery, all parcels will default to ATL. Once marked as delivered, with proof of delivery such as a photo or other acknowledgment, the security of the goods becomes the sole responsibility of the Customer. This includes any loss or theft post-delivery.

The Seller is not liable for delays or delivery failures caused by circumstances outside the Carrier's control, including but not limited to war, strikes, transport delays, theft, or natural disasters.
